Interview Index¶
This directory contains structured interview preparations and execution logs using the DROP model (Goals, Roles, Topics, Procedures) as the methodology for interview preparation. Each interview is designed to gather evidence supporting SQ0 (existing work) and SQ1 (meta-model definition).

1. ECC General Manager¶
Stakeholder Role: Strategic governance and policy oversight
Primary Focus: Process visibility, decision bottlenecks, organizational pain points
SQ Alignment: SQ0/SQ1 — High-level workflow and regulatory constraints
2. DSCRT Owner¶
Stakeholder Role: Operational leadership and process ownership
Primary Focus: Workflow handoffs, ownership boundaries, recurring friction points
SQ Alignment: SQ0/SQ1 — Operational workflow mapping and constraint identification
3. DSTRCT Senior Developer¶
Stakeholder Role: Technical implementation and integration perspective
Primary Focus: Tooling constraints, integration pain points, implementation evidence
SQ Alignment: SQ0/SQ1 — Technical workflow reality and feasibility signals
Interview Methodology¶
All interviews follow the DROP model [1] for preparation:
- Goals (Doelen): What do we want to achieve? What outcomes constitute success?
- Roles (Rollen): Who is involved (interviewer, notetaker, subject)? What are their responsibilities?
- Topics (Onderwerpen): What questions will we ask? What themes will we explore?
- Procedures (Procedures): Where, when, how long, and with what logistics?
Each interview file contains both preparation details and an execution section for recording findings and evidence.
